Thanks to a simple link, you can access our presence on the social networks Facebook and Instagram from our website. These platforms are provided by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. We maintain these Facebook/Instagram pages to inform users or interested parties, as well as our customers, about our services.

We cannot exclude the possibility that when using our website on these social networks, transfers to third countries may occur, for example, to servers located in the United States. Furthermore, we would like to emphasize that as operators of a Facebook/Instagram fan page, we are jointly responsible with Facebook for the processing of personal data of the visitors to the page (Art. 26 GDPR).  For this purpose, we have concluded corresponding contracts with Facebook. If you have a Facebook/Instagram profile and are logged in, Facebook may, for example, analyze your usage behavior and create a corresponding user profile. This user data is regularly processed for market research and advertising purposes (personalized).

 

Data processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) Sentence 1 Letter a GDPR.

As the provider of the fan page and the Facebook Insights tool, Facebook collects and evaluates the personal data necessary for our statistics and can therefore establish a personal connection based on this data. However, we do not know which specific data Facebook collects for the creation of the anonymous Insights statistics, nor for what purposes this data is processed by Facebook beyond the creation of these site statistics. Furthermore, we would like to emphasize that we have no influence on the collection and processing of personal data by Facebook beyond our own statistical objectives and their scope. For example, Facebook may create usage profiles based on the data collected and processed for us, and if necessary, establish links to your private profile on Facebook or other platforms.
